Kids at this age are like sponges, the goal at this age is to expose them to different things and information. While they will learn information, it is not the main goal!

Please note that some things are religious-based. I will indicate all religious-based information with * on both sides of the information so if you would like to remove it from your homeschooling, feel free to do so!

Morning:

Every morning after breakfast:

Geometry:

There are different types of measurements. Measurement is important for many things.

• Pick an object and measure it (repeat)

*A church is a place where someone will worship God. These buildings are usually safe places to go if you need help. You do not need to attend church to get help. The elders in the church will help the pastor run the church service. An elder is a good person to ask for help.*

• Mother’s Day is always on the 2nd Sunday in May. This is a day for us to thank our mothers for all that they do for us.
• Father’s Day is always on the 3rd Sunday in June. This is a day for us to thank our fathers for all that they do for us.

Science:

There are lots of different types of clouds and they indicate different things. Some clouds are up really high in the sky, and some are low (they can even tough the ground). Some clouds are really thin and wispy, and others are fluffy. One special cloud forms a column, it is relatively close to the ground, and it gets high in the sky. It is also really fluffy, and it is called cumulonimbus and it gives you a thunderstorm.
